Dear Google Authorized Service Provider,
As we continue on our journey to centralize TD SYNNEX and Shyft Global Services’ systems, the Google Spare Parts Program in the US will be migrating to CIS, our internally developed, fully integrated global technology ecosystem. This migration will enable simplified and streamlined business processes that result in a superior experience for all in the TD SYNNEX/Shyft network.
Features of the cutting-edge CIS platform and portal include:
- Improved order tracking
- Enhanced product category listing
- Convenient online invoice payments
- Subscriptions to reports regarding back-orders, shipments, invoices, etc.
Over the next two weeks, our team will share pertinent information to help you manage the transition to CIS, which will launch on December 4, 2023. This will include new account numbers, tax certificates, open order migration, PO placement and invoice payment instructions, as well as transition deadlines.
What do we need from you today?
- When we migrate to CIS, we will also migrate onto a new Google Parts Portal for you to use. Please register for one of our one-hour training sessions on the new and improved portal:
- As we prepare for this integration, we need updated state sales tax certificates made out to TD SYNNEX to validate exempt purchasees from TD SYNNEX. Please see instructions here for further information.
If anyone else in your organization should be notified about the above system changes, please respond to this email with their contact information so we can include them in the next set of communications. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact googlepartsus@techdata.com.
We thank you for your business and collaboration during this transition.
Best regards,
Ed Orth
